Dr. Jiwon Heo is a leading expert in senior adult education, with a focus on digital literacy for older adults. Currently a Visiting Scholar at UNC Wilmington's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), she brings nearly 20 years of experience driving educational innovation across universities and government research institutions in South Korea. Her work spans curriculum development, alternative education policy, and preparing learners of all ages for an increasingly digital world.
